A conservative Watchdog released State Department Records, which is 296 pages. In these pages, there are 44 those emails that were not made known to the State Department in the past. These new emails do not support the statement of the Mrs. Hillary Clinton in which she said all the emails were sent to the State Department, so this discloser of new emails raises some questions. It also shows the close binding between State Department and Clinton Foundation at the time when Hillary Clinton was secretary of the state.
The Watchdog got these emails under the Freedom of information Act, and the watchdog alleged that the Clinton Foundation enjoys job chances along with the opportunities to get together with foreign government.
According to an email exchanged in 2009, a billionaire donor was put in touch with US ambassador to the Lebanon for the benefit of the donor, who was mentioned as “key guy there [Lebanon] and to us.” According to Watchdog, the donor, Mr. Chagoury, is one of the top contributors to the Clinton Foundation. It has also been added that this donor is also a close friend of the former United States President Bill Clinton.
In another email, the Clinton Foundation found pushing the aides so that Mrs. Clinton can help a foundation associate so that he can get the job. Thus, it is considered that the department gives preference to the request of the foundation.
The presidential campaign of Mrs. Hillary Clinton was also affected due to the controversy that came into existence for using the private email server at the time of her being State Department.
Mrs. Clinton has already given around 55,000 pages of emails to the State Department and she told these emails as “work related emails.” These new emails were not included in that emails release.
The Judicial Watch President, Tom Fitton, laid charges on the Mrs. Clinton saying that she put the document out of sight because it is contradictory to the official pledge that she took in 2009. Mrs. Hillary Clinton took the pledge for staying away from the Business of the foundation at the time of her being in State Department.
